The FA24 engines in both the 2022+ Subaru BRZ and Toyota GR86 were assembled using too much sealant in areas critical to your oiling system.  Over time excess silicone enters the oiling system, is drawn into the oil pickup, blocks the OEM screen, and potentially starves the engine of oil.
