Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we deliver your products to you.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do ship to international destinations, but you would need to send us your address to Sales@Autospecdesign.com so we can properly quote the shipping and send you a custom invoice.

SHIPPING RATES: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $249. For orders less than $249, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 for standard shipping. Some orders over $249 may be subject to shipping charges due to the size of the item, or select Freight items. We also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.

SHIPPING TIME: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

SHIPPING METHOD: We use USPS,UPS, Fed Ex to ship our products. Some orders will come via DHL pending where it is being shipped from.
Some products are also shipped via Freight, Our Freight companies are Pilot or R&L. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

FAILED DELIVERY: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.
