Upgraded shifter bushings from Perrin replace the flimsy stock rubber shifter mount bushings with much stiffer urethane versions. Urethane shifter bushings will not change the geometry of the shifting mechanism, instead it eliminates excessive play and sloppiness in the stock system for more solid gear change and engagement. This will give you a tighter, more confident feel when ripping through the gears. Installation is done from underneath the car and can take less than an hour with common hand tools. Couple a performance shifter bushing set with a short throw lever for the ultimate in shifter feel and precision.
