Return Policy

At Autospec Design, we strive to provide high-quality automotive parts and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Custom or special-order parts are not eligible for returns.
  • Clearance, final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at Sales@Autospecdesign.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order/Invoice number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fees

  • Up to a 30% restocking fee may apply to some returned items that are not defective.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [5] days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. If you need a different part, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it must be returned following our standard return policy.
